Always purchase pesticides from licensed dealers to ensure product authenticity, correct dosage guidance, and legal compliance. An authorized dealer must display:
- A valid Pesticide Dealer License issued by the State Agriculture Department.
- CIB&RC registration numbers on all products sold.
- Trained staff capable of providing usage and safety guidance.

Register as a Dealer
To apply for a pesticide dealer license, contact your State Agriculture Department or visit the nearest District Agriculture Office with the following documents:
- Application form (Form P) under the Insecticides Act, 1968.
- Proof of premises ownership or rental agreement.
- Educational qualification certificate (minimum 10+2 with Science or Agriculture).
- Identity proof and address proof.
- Prescribed license fee (varies by state).
